We offer free shipping on all Gliveta orders across the United States — whether you're ordering a Trial Box, a one-time purchase, or a monthly subscription.
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- International shipping: Currently, we ship within the United States only. International shipping options will be announced in the future.
Returns
We stand behind Gliveta. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, here's our policy:
- Trial Box: Due to the nature of consumable health products, Trial Box orders are non-refundable. We encourage you to try the Gliveta Challenge to evaluate the product before committing to a subscription.
- One-Time Purchase / Subscription Box: If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
- Unopened boxes: If you receive an unopened box and wish to return it, contact us within 14 days of delivery for return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
